The invention concerns a fusion protein characterised in that it comprises at least part of the pp65 protein of the cytomegalovirus (or CMV), or a protein having at least 80 % homology with the pp65 protein, in combination with at least a second peptide fragment derived from CMV. The invention also concerns a nucleotide sequence coding for such a protein, or a pharmaceutical composition containing them. It further concerns its use as medicine and a method for preparing the protein.

Protéine de fusion, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte au moins une partie de la protéine pp65 du cytomégalovirus (ou CMV), ou d'une protéine présentant au moins 80 % d'homologie avec la protéine pp65, en association avec au moins un second fragment peptidique dérivé du CMV. L'invention concerne également une séquence nucléotidique codant pour une telle protéine, ou une composition pharmaceutique les contenant. Elle se rapporte aussi à l'utilisation à titre de médicament et à un procédé de préparation de la protéine.
