Novel fusion proteins that enhance the immune response of an antigen are efficiently expressed and secreted by yeast host cells. The fusion proteins are recombinantly made by fusing the 3'-end of mature GM-CSF DNA to the 5'-end of an antigen DNA with or without a linker sequence. Methods of expression in yeast cells are provided.

De nouvelles protéines de fusion amplifiant la réponse immune d'un antigène sont exprimées et sécrétées efficacement par des cellules hôtes de levure. Ces protéines de fusion sont obtenues par recombinaison par la fusion de l'extrémité 3' d'ADN mature de GM-CSF (facteur de croissance des colonies de granulocytes-macrophages) à l'extrémité 5' d'un ADN d'antigène avec ou sans séquence de liaison.
