It is intended to conveniently mobilize fibroblasts toward a wound tissue, without fibroblast transplantation, and engraft the fibroblasts in the wound tissue, thereby treating the wound. By administering G-CSF, fibroblasts are transported into a myocardial infarction lesion. Thus, cardiac depression is prevented and cardiac remodeling is improved.

En administrant du G-CSF (Granulocyte-Colony Stimulating Factor, ou "facteur stimulant les colonies de granulocytes"), on provoque un transport des fibroblastes dans une lésion myocardique infarcie, ce qui prévient la dépression cardiaque et améliore le remodelage cardiaque.
