Tri-1 Products Marine Dock Connector acts as a dual capacity rigid external multiple section quick and easy connection or disconnection as well as providing maximum added corner frame reinforcement by the optional use of an inside corner angle. Designed for the purpose of connecting: 2 platform sections together by the use of 2 male corner connectors, 2 female corner connectors and 2 central bolts; 3 platform sections together by the use of 2 male corner connectors, 1 female corner connector and 1 central bolt; or 4 platform sections together by the use of 3 male corner connectors, 1 female corner connector and 1 central bolt. The apparatus consists of male and female external corner angles with ferrules in a perpendicular or vertical fixed position. The female connectors are similar in structure to the male connectors only that they are also threaded to receive a convenient central bolt. The ferrules may be re-bored for added value precision if distortion should arise from welding. Structural added value corner reinforcement and minimized movement would include an optional inside angle with strategically punched bolt holes to correspond to the external connector.The external angle brackets may be multi-bored or slotted to bolt to different thickness exterior frame members.
