ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A coupling having dissimilar metal mating parts is provided with a grease comprising a hydrocarbon base oil containing an aluminum silicate gelling agent, particularly a montmorillonite. This coupling is anit-galvanic corros- ive. Such couplings are useful in fire-fighting equipment where often aluminum and bronze components are in mating relationship, such as fire hose adaptors and hose nozzles. ;
