Disclosed is a galvanized steel sheet which has a tensile strength of not less than 80 kgf/mm2 and a yield ratio of not more than 60%, and which is applicable to members of an automobile body, particularly those requiring strength. By appropriately controlling the amounts of C within the range of 0.08-0.20 wt%, Mn within the range of 1.5-3.5 wt%, Al within the range of 0.01-0.1 wt%, P 0.01 wt% or less, S 0.01 wt% or less, and one or both of Ti and Nb within the range of 0.01-0.1 wt%, the structure of the steel sheet is formed into a dual-phase structure having a second phase structure. The steel sheet is recrystallization-annealed, galvanized while it is maintained at a temperature range near 500°C, and then is cooled. By controlling the rate of cooling the steel sheet, the second phase structure generated is prevented from hardening more than necessary. The galvanized high-strength steel sheet has a low yield ratio and excellent stretch-flanging properties.
Divulgation d'une feuille d'acier galvanisé qui offre une résistance à la traction d'au moins 80 kgf/mm2 et a un rapport de rendement d'au plus 60 % et qui s'applique aux éléments de la carrosserie d'une automobile, en particulier ceux qui doivent être résistants. En gardant les quantités de C entre 0,08 et 0,20 % en poids, le Mn entre 1,5 et 3,5 % en poids, l'Al entre 0,01 et 0,1 % en poids, le P à au plus 0,01 % en poids, le S à au plus 0,01 % en poids et le Ti ou le Nb ou les deux entre 0,01 et 0,1 % en poids, la structure de la feuille d'acier est biphasée, c'est-à-dire qu'elle comporte deux phases. La feuille d'acier est fusionnée par recristallisation, galvanisée pendant que sa température est maintenue près de 500 degrés C, puis est refroidie. En contrôlant la vitesse de refroidissement de la feuille d'acier, on empêche que la structure à deux phases générée ne durcisse plus qu'il est nécessaire. La feuille d'acier galvanisé très résistant a un rapport de rendement faible et d'excellentes propriétés de façonnage par étirement.
