A lottery game kit comprises a container of tickets, the tickets, when opened, revealing hidden indicia, some of which will entitle a purchaser to instant winnings and/or eligibility for a sweepstakes prize; and a kit for transmitting by certified or registered means a sweepstakes entry including the ticket indicating eligibility to a sweepstakes drawing location whereby the purchaser will receive a receipt indicating the date the sweepstakes entry was received.
