A game stick having a handle having first and second separable handle portions. The first handle portion has first and second end portions, the first end portion being adapted to participate in the game and the second end portion having a first connector portion. The second handle portion has third and fourth end portions, the third end portion having a second connector portion operable to cooperate with the first connector portion to secure the first and second handle portions together, thereby rendering the game stick operational. The fourth end portion terminates the second handle portion. The first and second connector portions allow the first and second handle portions to be separated when desired, to generally collapse the game stick in length to permit storage or transportation thereof.
