The present invention provides a gaming method and machine with bonus round that allow a player to win additional bonuses. During a regular play session, by on hitting the bonus trigger during a bonus round is rewarded. However by also providing a bonus trigger during the bonus round, hitting the bonus trigger during the bonus round rewards the player with additional bonus play. This bonus play takes different forms in various embodiments disclosed. The bonus may include a fixed or variable number of additional turns that are added to the current bonus or as a separate bonus. If separate the additional play or turns or spins may be added after completion of the current round or may jump the player directly to a new bonus round.
