A group bonus round game may be played on a gaming system comprising a plurality of gaming units connected together to form a networked gaming system. Each of the gaming units having a light device located thereon, wherein the light device is adapted to display a bonus indicia. The group bonus game includes the generation of a display of bonus indicia on a first subset of the gaming units, and subsequently a second subset of the gaming units, wherein the display of the bonus indicia on the different subsets of gaming units creates an illusion that the bonus indicia are spinning, or revolving through the gaming system before stopping at a specific gaming unit. A value payout may be awarded the gaming unit upon which the bonus indicia rests, and may be declared the group bonus round winner. The group bonus round may additionally utilize music and/or bonus stages to create other bonus round gaming themes, for example a "musical chairs" type group bonus round.
L'invention concerne un jeu à partie de bonification de groupe auquel on peut jouer sur un système de jeu comprenant une pluralité d'unités de jeu connectées ensemble afin de former un système de jeu en réseau. Chacune des unités de jeu présente un dispositif lumineux sur le dessus, le dispositif lumineux étant conçu pour afficher un une marque de bonus. Le jeu de bonification de groupe comprend la génération d'un affichage d'une marque de bonification sur un premier sous-ensemble des unités de jeu, puis sur un second sous-ensemble d'unités de jeu, l'affichage de la marque de bonification sur les différents sous-ensembles d'unités de jeu créant l'illusion que les marques de bonification sont en rotation, ou tournent dans le système de jeu avant de s'arrêter sur une unité de jeu spécifique. Un paiement de valeur peut être accordé à l'unité de jeu sur laquelle la marque de bonification repose et qui peut être déclarée gagnante de partie de bonification de groupe. La partie de bonification de groupe peut en outre utiliser des étages musicaux et/ou de bonification afin de créer d'autres thèmes de jeu de partie de bonification, par exemple une partie de bonification de groupe du type "chaises musicales".
