GAMMA-RADIATION RESISTANT POLYCARBONATE COMPOSITIONS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to thermoplastic poly- carbonate molding compositions which are rendered resistant to gamma-radiation by incorporating therewith about 0.05 to about 10 percent by weight of a stabilizing agent selected from the group consisting of Image I. or II. Image wherein R is a hydrogen or a halogen atom or a C1-C10 alkyl a C6-C10 aryl, C1-C22 acyl, C6-C18 alkylaryl or a C4-C10 cycloalkyl radical, m is 1 or 3 to 6, n is an integer of about 20 to 70 and Y is a radical conforming to Image wherein R, R' and R" independently one of the others are selected from C1-C10 alkyl and C6-C12 aryl radicals preferably C1-C4 alkyl radical.
