A garage door roller assembly includes a one-piece, unitary shaft (16) and a one-piece, unitary roller (12), each composed of a polymeric material and a washer (94) and a pin (70), each composed of case-hardened steel. The roller includes a sleeve portion (52) having an axial bore (64), a wheel portion (56) and a web (58) extending radially from the wheel portion to the sleeve portion. The shaft includes an axial bore (32), a mounting portion (34), and a race portion (14). The race portion is rotatably mounted within the bore of the sleeve portion of the roller. The pin includes a head (72) and a stem (74) which extends axially from the head through the opening of the washer into the bore of the shaft. A knurled segment (80) of the stem frictionally engages the bore of the shaft.
L'invention concerne un ensemble de roulette pour porte de garage comprenant un axe unique monobloc (16) et une roulette unique monobloc (12), tous deux formés en polymère ainsi qu'une rondelle d'étanchéité (94) et une cheville (70) toutes deux en métal aciéré. La roulette comprend une partie manchon (52) présentant un alésage axial (64), une partie arrondie (56) et une bande (58) s'étendant radialement de la partie arrondie vers la partie manchon. L'axe comprend un alésage axial (32), une partie d'assemblage (34) et une partie de bague de roulement (14). Cette dernière est montée rotative dans l'alésage de la partie manchon de la roulette. La cheville présente une tête (72) et une tige (74) s'étendant axialement depuis la tête à travers l'ouverture de la rondelle d'étanchéité dans l'alésage de l'axe. Un segment moleté (80) de la tige entre en contact par frottement avec l'alésage de l'axe.
