The invention is a folding cart used for carrying garbage and recycling. The device consists of a mainframe with an axle at the bottom to which two wheels are attached and a curved handle at the top. At the top of the mainframe is attached a pivoting U-shaped member. Attached to the bottom of the frame is another pivoting U-shaped member with supporting members forming a floor to carry garbage. A wheel is attached on a pivot to the bottom U-shaped member. Support pieces are attached to the top U-shaped member and mainframe and are also attached to the bottom U-shaped member which supports the loads. The two U-shaped members and support pieces fold into the mainframe when not in use.
