ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The holder is secured to the inside of a door of a kitchen counter, while the cover is secured to the door frame inside the counter. The holder consists of two laterally-spaced horizontal support members with upwardly-extending shanks to suspend a garbage bag having handles. The cover is a plate having a depending flexible skirt fitting around the bag when the door is closed to therefore seal off odors.
