A garment bag, garment hanger, arid a bracket for securing said garment hanger inside said garment bag. The garment hanger is made of a generally triangular supporting frame with a dual-mode-hanger-support hinged at the top of the supporting frame. At one end the dual-mode-hanger-support is shaped as a conventional garment hanger hook and at the other end the dual-mode-hanger-support is shaped as an enlarged-end, such as a sphere, available in hotel closets. The bracket has a closed back and open front with two slots running from the front to the back: One slot has a cross-section that allows loading of hook-end hanger supports and the other slot has a cross-section that allows loading of enlarged-end hanger supports. A latch hinged at the front of the bracket can be rotated out of the way for loading the hangers or rotated into a position such that it is blocking the slots, thus preventing the hangers from inadvertently falling off the bracket. The top of the bracket is shaped such that it can be mounted on either the frame or a flat surface on the inside of the gusset of a garment bag.
