ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A garment hanger formed as a yoke with a pair of downwardly divergent arms and a pants bar extended between the arms of the yoke wherein a pants clamping device consists of an elongated inverted U-shaped saddle with a spring bias between the separable saddle and pants bar, said saddle being vertically retractible and the clamping device being rotatably mounted to allow the retracted saddle to be swung laterally from the plane of the hanger.
