ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A garment hanger caddy includes a stiff tub- ular member and a relatively stiff retainer strip secured to the tubular member by a pair of latching members. Each latching member includes an embossed ridge on a central portion of one part thereof posi- tioned to make the latching member stiffer at its central portion than at either end. The latching members can be positioned conventionally with their actuating axes parallel to the longitudinal axis of the caddy, or in a rotated position in which the actuating axes are transverse to the longitudinal axis.
