A hanger for displaying garment-related information has a conventional hanger body and a hanger hook. The hanger body and hook are each provided with a prong extending therefrom and toward one another. A wedge-shaped or cylindrical information indicator is provided with holes in its ends for mating with the prongs of the hanger. The information indicator and hanger combine to form a hanger with a display element for easy viewing of information on the wedge when the hanger is positioned at a variety of different angles with respect to the eyes of the viewer. The information indicator can be used to display sizing information regarding the garment attached to the hanger, eliminating the need to look inside the garment for the garment's label. A child-proof information indicator is provided.
Un cintre pour afficher des renseignements relatifs à des vêtements a un corps de cintre conventionnel et un crochet de cintre. Le corps et le crochet du cintre sont chacun munis de pointes dirigées l'une vers l'autre. Un indicateur de renseignements cunéiforme ou cylindrique est percé de trous aux extrémités par lesquels peuvent passer les pointes du cintre. L'indicateur de renseignements et le cintre se combinent pour former un cintre avec élément d'affichage permettant de voir facilement les renseignements qui y figurent, le cintre pouvant se placer à différents angles par rapport aux yeux de celui qui regarde. L'indicateur de renseignements peut servir à afficher des détails sur la taille du vêtement suspendu au cintre, ce qui élimine la nécessité de regarder à l'intérieur du vêtement pour en voir l'étiquette. L'invention prévoit aussi un indicateur de renseignements à l'épreuve des enfants.
