ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In this invention, a cut piece of fabric comprises, as the upper part, an upper-arm width section with sleeves which are preferably joined together seamlessly. Another cut piece comprises as the lower part of the garment for the upper part of the body, a back part with cut front parts which are preferably joined together seamlessly and are made from one piece. The upper part and the lower part are sewn, with only three seams, along the corresponding edges of the upper part and the lower part. Only three operations are therefore needed to pro- duce a garment for the upper part of the body consisting of two parts, with a front part, a back part and sleeves.
