- 9 - ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A jacket or other garment has a strap connected to its interior surface. The connection is at two points adjacent the collar and at a third point spaced below and between the first two points, all three points being between the arm openings, so that the strap forms two loops through which the wearer's arms can be inserted when the garment is taken off. The garment can thus be carried on the back when it is not being worn, freeing the wearer's arms for other activities.
