The present invention is to provide a kind of pump having a structure so that the pump can be used for both water or other liquids and air or other gas pumping. The invention comprises an upper-part and a lower-part. There is a motor in the lower-part which has an axis that sticks up out of the top of the lower-part. The upper-part has a vane, which is placed in an eccentric position. The vane has an abrupt brink and is surrounded by circinate passage, having an exit on the side of the upper-part. The upper-part has a cover which contains a bore. In order to pump both water and gas, the pump can be equipped with a asteroidal vane or a turbo- like vane respectively.
