A gas barrier laminate which has a base material and a layer laminated on at least one surface of the base material, wherein the layer comprises a composition comprising a hydrolysis condensate of at least one compound (L) containing a metal atom having at least one characteristic group selected from a halogen atom and an alkoxy group, bonded thereto, and comprising a neutralized product from a polymer containing at least one functional group selected from a carboxyl group and a carboxylic acid anhydride group, where at least a part of the -COO- group contained in the above at least one functional group is neutralized with a metal ion having a valence of two or more; and a method for producing the above gas barrier laminate. The gas barrier laminate exhibits the high oxygen barrier property which does not depend on humidity, and exhibits the high oxygen barrier property even after it is subjected to a retort treatment, and further is excellent in strength and transparency.
L'invention concerne un laminé à perméabilité au gaz comprenant une matière de base et une couche laminée sur au moins une surface de la matière de base, cette couche comprenant une composition à base de condensat d'hydrolyse d'au moins un composé N qui contient un atome métallique présentant au moins un groupe caractéristique choisi parmi un atome d'halogène et un groupe alcoxy, lié à celui-ci, ainsi qu'un produit neutralisé provenant d'un polymère contenant au moins un groupe fonctionnel choisi parmi un groupe carboxyle et un groupe anhydride d'acide carboxylique, dont au moins une partie du groupe -COO- contenue dans le groupe fonctionnel susmentionné est neutralisée avec un ion métallique présentant une balance de deux ou plus. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production du laminé à perméabilité au gaz susmentionné. Ce laminé à perméabilité au gaz présente une propriété de perméabilité à l'oxygène élevée qui ne dépend pas de l'humidité, même après avoir été soumis à un traitement en autoclave, et possède en outre une résistance et une transparence excellentes.
