Disclosed is a unit which can be a stand alone or wall hung unit which can be used in establishments serving beer or other beverages such as wine where the beverage is pressure dispensed. The unit includes a module to separate nitrogen from filtered, clean dry air under pressure and store it. Stored nitrogen is conveyed to a blending device which blends CO2 from an outside source and the nitrogen to a selected ratio for subsequent conveyance to an outlet. Draft beer is readily dispensed by this pressurized blend of nitrogen and CO2 (70:30 preferred). The unit also has a pure nitrogen outlet from which nitrogen under pressure may be used to pressure dispense wine as an alternative.
L'invention se rapporte à un appareil autoporteur ou mural destiné aux établissements qui utilisent des distributeurs à pression pour servir de la bière ou d'autres boissons telles du vin. L'appareil comporte un module qui sert à séparer l'azote contenu dans de l'air pur filtré sous pression et le stocker. L'azote stocké est ensuite acheminé vers un mélangeur qui combine le CO2 en provenance d'une source extérieure et l'azote dans un rapport prédéterminé aux fins d'acheminement vers un point de sortie. La bière sous pression est distribuée par l'intermédiaire de ce mélange d'azote et de CO2 sous pression (70:30 est le rapport préféré). L'appareil comporte également un orifice de sortie d'azote pur pour la distribution de vin.
