Gas burner, particularly for household cooking appliances, with an horizontal or vertical gas supply conduit (1), a burner body with one more flame crowns, an horizontal or vertical Venturi (4), a nozzle (5) to inject the gas flow from said gas conduit into said Venturi pipe and, means to provide the primary air flow which include a tubular conduit which is coaxial and placed outside said gas conduit, and an opening to allow the gas flow, placed between said nozzle and the inlet of the Venturi pipe. The coaxial conduit draws the respective air flow from a zone inside the body of said cooking appliance, and said opening allows the passage of the respective primary air flow sucked and coming from over the appliance top surface (12). In order to stir the primary air flow passing through said coaxial conduit, a plurality of radial wings (10A) is arranged, said wings being shaped either planar or helical, and being connected on the outer surface of said gas supply conduit.
La présente invention concerne un brûleur à gaz, destiné particulièrement à des appareils de cuisson domestiques. Le brûleur à gaz comporte un conduit d'alimentation en gaz horizontal ou vertical (1), un corps de brûleur pourvu d'une ou de plusieurs couronnes de flammes, un tuyau Venturi horizontal ou vertical (4), une buse (5) pour injecter l'écoulement de gaz dudit conduit de gaz dans ledit tuyau Venturi, des moyens pour fournir l'écoulement d'air primaire qui comprennent un conduit tubulaire, lequel est coaxial et placé à l'extérieur dudit conduit de gaz, et une ouverture pour permettre l'écoulement de gaz, placée entre ladite buse et l'entrée du tuyau Venturi. Le conduit coaxial aspire l'écoulement d'air respectif à partir d'une zone à l'intérieur du corps dudit appareil de cuisson, et ladite ouverture permet le passage de l'écoulement d'air primaire respectif qui est aspiré et provient de la surface supérieure (12) de l'appareil. Une pluralité d'ailes radiales (10A) est agencée afin de brasser l'écoulement d'air primaire qui passe à travers ledit conduit coaxial, lesdites ailes étant formées de façon plane ou hélicoïdale et reliées sur la surface extérieure dudit conduit d'alimentation en gaz.
