GAS ENERGIZING APPARATUS AND RELATED METHOD ABSTRACT This disclosure teaches an apparatus and related method for energizing gas and more particularly generating ozone for treating water. An oxygen containing gas is introduced into a gap between two electrodes and the electrodes are connected each to an opposite pole of a high voltage source so that ozone is produced in the gap. The water cools one of the electrodes and the other electrode is formed as a heat pipe whereby it too is cooled. A porous material is arranged to pass the ozone into the water.
