ABSTRACT "IMPROVEMENTS RELATING TO GAS FIRES" The present specification discloses a gas fire having a first flow path along which combustion products from a gas burner can flow to a flue. To cool the combustion products before entering the flue and thus optimise design considerations, a second flow path merges with the first flow path, cooling ambient air flowing along the second flow path from a location beneath the burner.
