A gas generator (18), comprising a first cup (10) filled with gas producing agent (14) generating gas by combustion, a second cup (E) disposed inside the first cup (10) and storing ignition powder, and a holder (9) holding the first cup (10) and also holding the plug (B) of the second cup (E) or the second cup, wherein a separator (15) is disposed so as to cover the second cup (E) to enclose the gas producing agent (14) in the first cup (10) so as to shut the gas producing agent off the second cup (E), and a seal member such as an O- ring (16) is disposed in the probable route of water entry from the outside.

L'invention concerne un générateur de gaz (18) comprenant un premier récipient (10) rempli d'un agent générateur de gaz (14) produisant un gaz par combustion, un second récipient (E) disposé à l'intérieur du premier récipient (10) et contenant une poudre d'allumage, ainsi qu'un support (9) retenant le premier récipient (10) et la prise du second récipient (E) ou le second récipient lui-même.
