A gas lift umbilical (10) including a flexible pipe (14) having a collapse resistant wall (12) and a first sealing layer (15) formed on an interior surface of the collapse resistant wall (12). The interior surface defines a longitudinal passage. A flexible gas lift hose (16) is mounted within the longitudinal passage extending from a first end of the flexible pipe (14) to a second end thereof. A first fitting (104) is attached to the collapse resistant wall (12) of the flexible pipe (14) at a first end thereof. A second fitting (106) is attached to the collapse resistant wall (12) of the flexible pipe (14) at a second end thereof. A first adapter joins a first end of the gas lift hose (16) to the first fitting and a second adapter joins a second end of the gas lift hose (16) to the second fitting.
L'invention concerne un ombilical (10) de pompage pneumatique qui comprend un tube souple (14) présentant une paroi (12) résistant à la pression extérieure et une première couche d'étanchéité (15) formée sur une surface intérieure de la paroi (12) résistant à la pression extérieure. La surface intérieure définit un passage longitudinal. Un flexible de pompage pneumatique (16) est monté à l'intérieur du passage longitudinal et s'étend depuis une première extrémité du tube souple (14) vers une seconde extrémité de ce dernier. Un premier raccord (104) est fixé à la paroi (12) résistant à la pression extérieure du tube souple (14), au niveau d'une première extrémité de ce dernier. Un second raccord (106) est fixé à la paroi (12) résistant à la pression extérieure du tube souple (14) vers une seconde extrémité de ce dernier. Un premier adaptateur joint une première extrémité du flexible de pompage pneumatique (16) au premier raccord, et un second adaptateur joint une seconde extrémité du flexible de pompage pneumatique (16) au second raccord.
