The present invention relates to a gas-permeable plug and a method for manufacturing the same, in which the plug is formed so that permeation from the inside of the plug to the outside is possible, while foreign matter such as water droplets or dust is unable to infiltrate the inside of the plug. The plug is comprised of a plug body and a permeable sheet integrally bonded therewith. The plug body is injection molded and has a substantially ring or tubular shape. A vent hole is formed through a center portion of the plug body and a sheet-bonding portion is formed outside the vent hole. The permeable sheet has countless minute permeable pores/gaps that are directed in irregular directions, and is integrally bonded to the sheet-bonding portion of the plug body by an anchor operation, which closes the vent hole resulting in the desired permeable characteristic of the plug.

La présente invention concerne un bouchon perméable au gaz et sa méthode de fabrication. Le bouchon est formé de manière à permettre une perméation de l'intérieur du bouchon à l'extérieur, tout en empêchant des matières étrangères comme les goutelettes d'eau ou la poussière d'infiltrer dans le bouchon. Le bouchon est composé d'une partie bouchon et d'une feuille perméable qui est intégralement liée à la partie bouchon. La partie bouchon est moulée par injection et présente une forme sensiblement annulaire ou tubulaire. Un évent est formé au centre de la partie bouchon et un emplacement de liaison de feuille est formé à l'extérieur de l'évent. La feuille perméable comporte une multitude de petits pores/écarts perméables à directions irrégulières et est intégralement liée à l'emplacement de liaison de feuille de la partie bouchon au moyen d'un mécanisme d'ancrage, qui ferme l'évent, d'où l'obtention de la caractéristique perméable desirée du bouchon.
