The aim of the invention is to create a gas regulating fitting that, in addition to enabling an electronic ignition of the gas flow, also permits a manual ignition. An unwanted manual actuation should, however, be prevented. A covering element (17) is displaceably mounted on the housing (1) of the gas regulating fitting and, in a first position, covers a tappet (10; 14), which is provided for actuating a thermoelectric ignition safety valve (26) and a main valve (19), and covers a control switch (13) of a piezoelectric igniting element. When the covering element (17) is in a second position, an actuation of the tappet (10; 14), which inevitably occurs when the covering element (17) is displaced, ensures that the main valve (19) is located in the closed position. In addition, the control switch (13) and the tappet (10, 14) are released in this position in such a manner that an ignition of the gas flow is made possible by a manual actuation thereof. The gas regulating fitting can be used for igniting and for controlling a gas flow flowing to a burner.

L'objectif de cette invention est de concevoir un dispositif de régulation de gaz qui permet d'allumer un flux de gaz de manière électronique et manuelle, mais dont l'actionnement manuel involontaire est empêché. A cet effet, un élément de recouvrement (17) est monté de manière mobile sur le logement (1) du dispositif de régulation de gaz et, dans une première position, recouvre un poussoir (10 ; 14) servant à actionner une soupape de sécurité d'allumage thermoélectrique (26) et une soupape principale (19), ainsi qu'un bouton-poussoir (13) d'un élément d'allumage piézoélectrique. Dans une deuxième position de l'élément de recouvrement (17), l'actionnement du poussoir (10 ; 14), qui est forcément entraîné par le déplacement dudit élément de recouvrement (17), garantit que la soupape principale (19) se trouve en position fermée. En outre, dans ladite deuxième position, le bouton-poussoir (13) et le poussoir (10 ; 14) sont libérés de sorte leur actionnement manuel permette un allumage du flux de gaz. Le dispositif de régulation de gaz selon l'invention peut servir à allumer et à réguler un flux de gaz circulant vers un brûleur.
