This invention relates to a gas sample bag having a fitting and a valve. Gas sample bags are widely used to collect and store gaseous samples from various sites such as petrochemical refineries, landfills, waste yards and indoors. The gas sample bag has polyfluoro film and one fitting and one valve. Both fitting and valve have a base with broader brim and annular shape ring structure. The brim, annular ring, a snug-in O-ring and a rubber O-ring take part in securing the fitting and valve with the wall of a gas sample bag. The fitting has a screw type cap and a septum to enclose the gas sample bag. A hollow stem with a through bore is inserted into the stem valve. The stem is movable axially to control the flow of fluid.
