A resin sub-seal member (11) provided with a concave groove (16) is disposed at a region closer to a higher-pressure side region than a rubber main seal member (10) and pressure variation in a gas on a higher-pressure side is inhibited from being transmitted to the main seal member (10). Further, a variation reducing space (13) is formed between the seal members (10) and (11) to be able to reduce the pressure variation when gas leakage in the sub-seal member (11) occurs or the sub-seal member (11) responds with a delay with respect to the pressure variation. Thus, rapid change in the pressure of the gas surrounding the main seal member (10) is inhibited, occurrence of the blistering phenomenon is inhibited, and a high seal ability is achieved. The seal structure is formed by a simple structure including the seal members (10) and (11), and the variation reducing space (13).

L'invention concerne une structure d'étanchéité au gaz. Un dispositif d'étanchéité auxiliaire (11) en résine présentant une rainure en retrait (16) est installé sur le côté haute pression d'un dispositif d'étanchéité principal (10) en caoutchouc de sorte que, même lorsque la pression du gaz sur le côté haute pression varie, cette variation de pression n'est pas transmise au dispositif d'étanchéité principal (10). Un espace d'atténuation de variation (13) est créé entre les dispositif d'étanchéité (10, 11), si bien que la variation de pression peut être atténuée par ledit espace d'atténuation de variation (13), même lorsque le délai de réponse du dispositif d'étanchéité auxiliaire (11) relativement à la fuite de gaz et à la variation de pression dans le dispositif d'étanchéité auxiliaire (11) survient. Ainsi, on peut obtenir une capacité d'étanchéité élevée en empêchant que la pression du gaz autour du dispositif d'étanchéité principal (10) varie brusquement, ce qui évite l'apparition de cloque.
