- 6- GASEOUS ISOSTATIC LAMINATION PROCESS Abstract Disclosed is a method of forming multilayer thick film circuits. Each layer is formed from a ceramic green sheet with appropriate conductive patterns on the surface. The sheets are laminated by means of an isostatic pressure process which uses a gas as the pressing medium. The layers are subsequently co-fired toform the final article.
