A gas appliance (1) of a high heating value provided with a cassette type gas cylinder (9) set replaceably, and a burner (7) adapted to burn an evaporated gas, comprising a heat transfer plate (15) which is disposed with one end portion thereof in the vicinity of the burner (7) and the other end portion thereof is in contact with the gas cylinder (9), and which is adapted to supply a part of combustion heat to the gas cylinder (9) and heat the same cylinder, and a heat accumulating member (20) provided in a position in which the heat transfer plate (15) and gas cylinder (9) contact each other, in such a manner that the heat accumulating member (20) contacts the heat transfer plate (15) and can contact a part of the gas cylinder (9), whereby a decrease in the temperature of liquefied gas due to the gasification latent heat occurring during the supplying of a gas from the cassette type gas cylinder is minimized, the stability of gas supply being secured even when the charging amount of a liquefied gas at the combustion starting time decreases, the liquefied gas in the gas cylinder being used up when the burner is turned off.
Cette invention concerne un appareil à gaz (1) possédant une valeur de chauffage élevée, lequel comporte une bouteille de gaz remplaçable de type cassette, ainsi qu'un brûleur (7) de gaz évaporé. Cet appareil à gaz comprend également une plaque (15) de transfert de chaleur dont une partie d'extrémité est située à proximité du brûleur (7) tandis que l'autre partie d'extrémité est en contact avec la bouteille de gaz (9). Cette plaque de transfert permet de transmettre une partie de la chaleur issue de la combustion à la bouteille de gaz (9), et de chauffer ainsi cette dernière. L'appareil comprend en outre un élément accumulateur de chaleur (20) se trouvant dans une position telle que, lorsque la plaque (15) de transfert de chaleur et la bouteille de gaz (9) sont en contact l'une avec l'autre, ledit élément accumulateur de chaleur (20) entre en contact avec la plaque (15) de transfert de chaleur et, éventuellement, avec une partie de la bouteille de gaz (9), ce qui permet de réduire à un minimum toute baisse de température du gaz liquéfié due à la chaleur latente de passage en phase gazeuse produite lors de l'alimentation en gaz depuis la bouteille de gaz de type cassette. La stabilité d'alimentation en gaz est quant à elle maintenue constante même lorsque la quantité de charge de gaz liquéfié diminue au moment du démarrage de la combustion, le gaz liquéfié se trouvant dans la bouteille de gaz étant utilisé lorsque le brûleur est arrêté.
