The invention relates to a process for the discharge of slag and ash from a gasification reactor in which these solids are directed from the gasification reactor into a water bath housed with the gasification reactor in a pressure vessel. There are at least two lock hoppers underneath the water bath which are fed with a stream of water/solids via a pipe and a flow divider element, it being possible to supply the lock hoppers individually and in a controlled manner with a stream of water/solids via shut-off devices. The filling is performed in a manner that encourages the settling process by withdrawing a stream of liquid from the lock hopper being filled, the filling time being controlled so as prevent the solids settling above the valves and lock hoppers. The invention also relates to an apparatus with at least two lock hoppers underneath the water bath of a gasification reactor, there being, in an advantageous embodiment, a flow divider element and shut-off devices between the water bath and the lock hoppers.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'extraction de laitier et de scories contenues dans un réacteur de gazéification, ces solides étant guidés du réacteur de gazéification vers un bain d'eau, le réacteur de gazéification et le bain d'eau se trouvant dans une cuve sous pression et au moins deux contenants d'évacuation se trouvant sous le bain d'eau. Les contenants d'évacuation reçoivent un flux d'eau/solides au moyen d'une conduite et d'un distributeur. Les contenants d'évacuation peuvent être alimentés en flux d'eau/solides de façon individuelle et commandée au moyen de dispositifs de blocage, et le remplissage est régulé de telle manière que le processus de décantation est assisté par extraction d'un flux de liquide hors du contenant d'évacuation à remplir. Le remplissage est commandé temporellement de telle manière qu'une sédimentation des solides au-dessus des vannes et des contenants d'évacuation est empêchée. L'invention concerne également un dispositif comportant au moins deux contenants d'évacuation sous le bain d'eau d'un réacteur de gazéification. Dans un mode de réalisation avantageux, un élément distributeur et des dispositifs de blocage sont situés entre le bain d'eau et les contenants d'évacuation.
