Abstract of The Disclosure A laminated reinforced gasket for sealing between a cell separator adjacent to generally flat cell frame members of an electrolytic cell of the filter- press design, the gasket comprising a solid body in picture frame configuration with a plurality of pointed pegs or pins projecting from, and in a direction normal to, said body. The projections mate with holes in the cell frame members or with holes in liners used in keeping the cell fluids away from the cell frame members.
