A gasoline additive concentrate composition comprises a solvent, an alkoxylated fatty amine, and a partial ester having at least one free hydroxyl group and formed by reacting at least one fatty carboxylic acid and at least one polyhydric alcohol. A fuel composition comprises gasoline and the gasoline additive concentrate composition. A method of operating a gasoline internal combustion engine comprises fueling the engine with the fuel composition and is effective in reducing fuel consumption.
L'invention concerne une composition d'additif d'essence concentré comprenant un solvant, une amine grasse alcoxylée et un ester partiel comprenant au moins un groupe hydroxy libre. On prépare cette composition en faisant réagir au moins un acide carboxylique gras et au moins un alcool polyhydrique. L'invention concerne également une composition de carburant comprenant de l'essence et une composition d'additif d'essence concentré. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé permettant de faire fonctionner un moteur à essence à combustion interne, qui consiste à alimenter le moteur avec la composition d'essence décrite, et permet de réduire la consommation de carburant.
