To provide a gastrostomy tube extension device which can facilitate the insertion or removal operation in and from the patient, as well as to increase the simplicity of manufacture without sacrificing safety of operation. [Solving Means] A gastrostomy tube extension device 20 used for inserting or taking out the gastrostomy tube 10 into/from the hole on the patient includes a rod 21, a fixing member 22, and an engaging member 23. The rod 21 is formed of a rod-shaped member, and is formed with engaging stepped portions 24a on the proximal portion thereof. The fixing member 22 is adapted to be capable of moving along the longitudinal direction of the rod 21, and an engaging projection 35 which can be fixed to the tube member 11 is formed on the peripheral surface of the fixing member 22. The engaging member 23 includes a lower engaging portion 26 engageable with the engaging projection 35 and an upper engaging portion 27 which is engageable with the engaging stepped portion 24a. This assembly allows the extension to be locked, allowing the operator to manipulate the device with a single hand.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'extension de sonde de gastrostomie permettant de faciliter l'opération d'insertion ou de retrait de la sonde chez un patient, ainsi que d'augmenter la simplicité de fabrication sans faire de sacrifice sur la sécurité de fonctionnement. Un dispositif d'extension de sonde de gastrostomie (20) utilisée en vue d'insérer ou d'extraire la sonde (10) dans/à partir d'un trou sur un patient comprend une tige (21), un élément de fixation (22) et un élément de couplage (23). La tige (21) est formée d'un élément en forme de tige, et est formée avec des parties étagées de couplage (24a) au niveau de sa partie proximale. L'élément de fixation (22) est conçu de manière à permettre le déplacement dans le sens longitudinal de la tige (21) et une partie saillante de couplage (32) pouvant être fixée à l'élément de sonde (11) et formée sur la surface périphérique de l'élément de fixation (22). L'élément de couplage (23) comprend une partie de couplage inférieur (26) pouvant se coupler à la partie saillante de couplage (35) et une partie de couplage supérieur (27) pouvant se coupler à la partie étagée de couplage (24a). Cet ensemble permet à l'extension d'être verrouillée, et à l'opérateur de manipuler les dispositifs à une seule main.
