A gastronomy tube (20) is a flexible tubular member (21) having on a first end (22) thereof an improved energy absorbent internal retaining member (23) which provides for less patient trauma during emplacement and subsequent percutaneous removal, while almost entirely avoiding either separation of the internal retaining member, i.e., the bumper, or its acute displacement. The energy absorbing internal retaining member (23) has a hollow body portion (25) with two resiliently reversible physical forms or shapes, toroidal-like, and goblet-like connected to a foreshortened hollow axial stem portion that is attached to or integrally made with the inward end of the flexible tube. The internal retaining member is made in the toroidal-like form. During intentional removal, when under pressure against the stomach mucosa, the internal retaining member snaps into the unrolled, goblet-like shape and pulls smoothly out through the stoma tract.
Un tube de gastrotomie (20) se présente sous la forme d'un organe tubulaire flexible (21) comportant sur une première extrémité (22) un organe (23) de maintien interne amélioré, absorbant l'énergie, qui diminue le trauma pour le patient lors de sa mise en place et de son retrait percutané ultérieur. En outre, ce tube permet d'éviter la séparation de l'organe de maintien interne, c'est-à-dire, du dispositif d'amortissement, ou son déplacement aigü. L'organe (23) de maintien interne absorbant l'énergie, comprend une partie de corps creuse (25) présentant deux formes élastiquement réversibles, c'est-à-dire, une forme toroïdale ou de coupelle. Cette partie de corps est raccordée à une partie de tige axiale creuse raccourcie, qui est fixée à, ou solidaire de l'extrémité intérieure du tube flexible. L'organe de maintien interne est fabriqué avec une forme toroïdale. Pendant le retrait intentionnel, cet organe est soumis à une pression, contre la muqueuse stomacale, et se fixe dans la forme de coupelle, non roulée, puis est retiré doucement à travers la voie de l'abouchement.
