The invention relates to a gear shaping machine for the production, or more precisely machining, of gear wheels with a motor-driven rotatable machine table for holding the work-piece, a thrust spindle with a tool fixed thereto, preferably a cutting wheel, said thrust spindle being displaceable in a selective stroking and superimposed rotary motion, whereby the stroke position can be detected by a first measuring device arranged in the stroke drive. According to the invention, the superimposed rotary motion of the thrust spindle is produced via a direct rotary drive and there is arranged in the area of the thrust spindle a second measuring device for the detection of errors in its movement path. The invention further relates to a method for the operation of the aforementioned gear shaping machine.
L'invention concerne une machine de taillage des engrenages pour la production, ou plus précisément l'usinage, de roues d'engrenage au moyen d'une table de machine rotative entraînée par un moteur pour maintenir la pièce à usiner, une tige de poussée avec un outil fixé à celle-ci, de préférence une roue de coupe, ladite tige de poussée étant déplaçable dans un mouvement rotatif sélectif de frappe et de superposition, la position de frappe pouvant être détectée par un premier dispositif de mesure disposé dans l'entraînement de frappe. Selon l'invention, le mouvement rotatif de superposition de la tige de poussée est produit par l'intermédiaire d'un entraînement rotatif direct et, dans la zone de la tige de poussée, il se trouve un second dispositif de mesure pour la détection d'erreurs dans son trajet de déplacement. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé pour l'utilisation de la machine de taillage des engrenages susmentionnée.
