It is known that the three-phase squirrel-cage motor consists mainly of Stator and Rotor. In the Stator three separate inductive windings are placed in such a way that the space angle between every two of them equals to 120 electrical degrees.The Stator Core is built up of steel laminations and has Slots ( fig.1,p.7) on the inner periphery in which the windings are placed.
