A spring loaded antenna mounting system for the directional antennae of a point-to-multipoint millimeter wave communication system and methods of supporting such antennae for selectively directing the beam thereof. The adjustment of the antenna in two orthogonal directions is disclosed as is a quick connect/disconnect latch (90) for attaching the individual antenna element (18) to the antenna mount (10).

L'invention se rapporte en outre au réglage d'une antenne dans deux sens perpendiculaires, ainsi qu'à un élément de blocage à accouplement/désaccouplement rapide (90) pour la fixation d'un élément d'antenne individuel (18) sur un socle d'antenne (10).
