The present invention discloses the isolation, cloning and use of genes of insecticidal crystal proteins from Bacillus thuringiensis. The present invention isolates a novel insecticidal crystal protein gene cry7Bal from B. thuringiensis subsp. huazhongensis YBT-978 strain, and said gene encodes a novel insecticidal crystal protein Cry 7BaI, which shows insecticidal activity against Lepidopteran insects. The present invention also discloses the gene sequence of the novel insecticidal crystal protein, uses suitable expression vectors to transform micro-organisms so as to express the product Cry7Bal encoded by the gene and make it exert the insecticidal activity of the protein against Lepidopteran pests.
La présente invention concerne l'isolement, le clonage et l'utilisation de gènes de protéines cristallisées insecticides tirées de Bacillus thuringiensis. L'invention concerne l'isolement d'un gène d'une protéine cristallisée insecticide innovant, CryBa1, dans la souche YBT-978 de B. thuringiensis subsp. huazhongensis, ledit gène codant pour une protéine cristallisée insecticide innovante, CryBa1, qui présente une activité insecticide contre les insectes lépidoptères. La présente invention concerne également la divulgation de la séquence du gène de la protéine cristallisée insecticide innovante, l'utilisation de vecteurs d'expression appropriés pour transformer des micro-organismes afin d'exprimer le produit CryBa1 codé par le gène et de lui faire exercer l'activité insecticide de la protéine contre des lépidoptères nuisibles.
