The present invention results from the examination of tissue from esophageal adenocarcinomas to identify genes differentially expressed between tumor biopsies and normal tissue. The invention includes diagnostic and screening methods using these genes as well as solid supports comprising oligonucleotide arrays that are complementary to or hybridize to the differentially expressed genes.
L'invention concerne l'examen d'un tissu provenant d'un adénocarcinome oesophagien permettant d'identifier des gènes exprimés différemmment dans des biopsies tumorales et dans un tissu normal. L'invention concerne également des méthodes de diagnostic et de criblage utilisant lesdits gènes, ainsi que des supports solides comprenant des jeux ordonnés d'échantillons de nucléotides complémentaires des gènes exprimés différemment ou s'hybridant avec ceux-ci.
