It is an object to reliably and swiftly restore voltage of a utility grid, which decreased due to a utility grid failure or the like, to reference voltage. A generating apparatus includes: a generator connected to a utility grid; a voltage detecting section for detecting voltage of a utility grid 2; and a control section 21 for determining reactive current corresponding to the voltage obtained from the voltage detecting section 27 based on voltage current correlation information in which the voltage of the utility grid 2 and the reactive current to be supplied to the utility grid 2 are correlated with each other and controlling the electric power converting section 27 to regulate the reactive current to be supplied to or absorbed from the utility grid 2. The apparatus further includes an information changing section 22 for changing the voltage current correlation information to increase an amount of the reactive current with respect to a variation in the voltage in the voltage current correlation information, in the case where the voltage of the utility grid is not in a predetermined range set in advance after a predetermined time period has passed since the voltage of the utility grid varied by a predetermined amount or more.
L'invention concerne un dispositif générateur de courant permettant de rétablir de façon sûre et fiable la tension d'un réseau électrique à une valeur de référence suite à une chute de tension due à une anomalie survenue dans le réseau électrique. Le dispositif générateur de courant comprend un générateur raccordé à un réseau électrique (2), un moyen de détection de tension conçu pour détecter la tension du réseau électrique (2), et une unité de commande (21) conçue pour établir un courant réactif adapté à la tension détectée par le moyen de détection de tension (27) et pour commander un moyen de conversion d'énergie (20) de manière à ajuster le courant réactif fourni au réseau électrique (2) ou absorbé par lui en fonction d'informations de relation tension/courant associant la tension du réseau électrique (2) au courant réactif fourni au réseau électrique (2). Le dispositif générateur de courant comprend également un moyen de modulation d'informations (22) conçu pour moduler les informations de relation tension/courant de manière à donner au courant réactif une valeur importante par rapport à la variation de la tension si la tension du réseau électrique ne s'inscrit pas dans un intervalle prédéfini à l'issue d'un intervalle de temps prédéfini suivant la variation de la tension du réseau électrique d'une quantité inférieure à une valeur prédéfinie.
