Disclosed is a composition comprising a chemical formulation useful for creating geosynthetic composites in-situ, which includes a reactive ester having at least one carbon-carbon double bond, preferably a vinyl ester of a C9 to C11 versatic acid or vinyl ester of a long chain fatty acid, or a combination thereof, at least one unsaturated thermoplastic elastomer soluble in the reactive ester; at least one di- or tri-functional acrylate or methacrylate monomer. The formulation may further include a non-aqueous drilling fluid.

Il est divulgué une composition comprenant une formulation chimique utile pour la création de composites géosynthétique in-situ, qui comprend un ester réactif ayant au moins une liaison double carbone-carbone, de préférence un ester de vinyle d'un acide versatique de C¿9 ?à C¿11? ou un ester de vinyle d'acide gras à chaîne longue, ou une combinaison de ceux-ci, au moins un élastomère thermoplastique insaturé soluble dans l'ester réactif, au moins un monomère méthacrylate ou acrylate difonctionnel ou trifonctionnel. La formulation peut contenir en outre un fluide de forage non aqueux.
