ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE GLARE-REDUCED SHIELD ASSEMBLY FOR SUN VISOR A retractable glare-reducing shield assembly comprises a sleeve defining an open-ended tubular passage and including a pair of overlapping side panels forming between them a chamber in which a glare-reducing shield is received. The shield has one end extending through a suitable opening of the chamber so that it can be made to move between an extracted position, where its major portion extends out of the chamber and a retracted position where its major portion lies in the chamber. Constraining arrangements allow the shield to be moved only between the extracted and retracted positions.
