ABSTRACT A resin composition is disclosed, which comprises (a) polyphenylene ether or polyphenylene ether- containing resin composition, (b) propylene polymer, (c) propylene polymer modified with an oxygen- containing unsaturated organic compound, (d) optionally, rubber-like substance, and (e) glass fiber treated with a silane compound on its surface. The resin composition has remarkable effect that it not only has favorite mold processability but also is superior in balance among various physical properties of shaped articles resulting therefrom. 38
