ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A starch-based size composition comprising a hydroxy- ethylated starch film former, a tertiary amine etherified starch film former and a methyl-methacrylate latex is disclosed. When a size composition of this invention is employed in the produc- tion of glass fiber textile yarns, the resulting yarns exhibit excellent processing properties.
