A sub-lip is provided on an interior side wall portion of a main body having U-shaped cross section in a vertical section of the glass run (an extruded portion) . The sub-lip extends substantially linearly on a side of an inner space of the main body while inclined towards an inner side of a glass opening. The sub-lip is formed integrally with the interior side wall portion simultaneously to extrusion of the interior side wall portion. A projecting length of the sub-seal is set such that a distal end portion of the sub-lip is brought into contact with a back surface of the interior seal lip when the door glass is inserted into the inner space of the main body.

Une sous-lèvre est disposée sur un côté intérieur d'une partie de la paroi intérieure d'un corps principal ayant une section transversale en forme de U dans une section verticale de la moulure profilée de vitrage (une partie extrudée). La sous-lèvre s'étend sensiblement de manière linéaire sur un côté d'un espace intérieur du corps principal, tout en étant incliné vers un côté interne d'une ouverture du vitrage. La sous-lèvre est formée intégralement avec la partie de la paroi latérale intérieure simultanément à l'extrusion de celle-ci. Une longueur de projection du sous-joint est réglée de telle sorte qu'une partie d'extrémité distale de la sous-lèvre soit mise en contact avec une surface arrière de la lèvre de joint intérieur lorsque la porte de verre est insérée dans l'espace intérieur du corps principal.
